Someone on the internet helped me to invest and teached me how to deal with the customer service. Until a day he told me to ask the customer service how much I should invest to get the premium account in order to get the 16% profit on the account. I should reach 100 000 USDT on my account to be able to obtain the 16%. I already invested 40 000 USDT and won some profit to 60 000 in total now. But until the deadline I was not able to reach the 100 000 on the account, and I needed some money so I asked the customer service to withdraw a little bit of money. They replied to me as I required to be a premium member I have to fulfill the requirement to be able to withdraw money. And now I don’t have money to invest anymore (and I won’t) but I don’t even have the possibility to do any operation of investment. And the customer service told me that after the deadline arrived (30th of April means tomorrow) because I didn’t meet the requirement then my account will be frozen and banned after 10 days. So they gave me no path.
